"We really enjoyed staying right on the lake with our family. The trail down to the lake looked intimidating at first but once we walked it down we realized it was an easy trail to walk. The kids had a blast riding in the pedal boat provided and loved having easy access to get our paddle boards into the water. We look forward to coming to stay again sometime soon."

"I never leave negative reviews. I will make an exception. We were really disappointed in this place. No one works at this motel. When you arrive, you call a phone number and if someone answers the call, they give you a four digit code to unlock the door. Our code did not work. It took the guy who answers the phone 30 minutes to override the system. He lives 90 minutes away. We were nervous to leave for dinner for fear of not getting back in the room. "When I booked it they referred to it as a condo so we were a bit surprised when we walked into a hotel room. It had a large bathroom and great amenities in a good location. The hair dryer was MIA, not sure what size the bed was but a bit short and my feet hung out over the end. The shower was a tight squeeze too. We h=ad a laugh about it and said some small people must have designed it. Overall, a nice place with thoughtful things in the room."

"Roomy attractive space with full kitchen. Older building and it shows. Right by the Hwy so kinda noisy and not any privacy for relaxing outside. Bed was just ok. Great location for hiking and seeing Mt Hood though. "

"Cedarwood is a special place. It is rustic but still has modern amenities. The location is the perfect launching point to all the outdoor activities that Mt Hood has to offer (we went on several awesome hikes). Ian is the ideal host and was very attentive to our needs.
