"We arrived at 4:30 p.m. in the dark. The grounds and building are not well lit. Reception was easy and welcoming and the receptionist helped us up the stairs with our bags There is no elevator.. She also helped us with the television and WiFi and provided directions to an excellent nearby restaurant. (The hotel kitchen is closed today, therefore, no dinner or breakfast available. "The surrounding of this property are stunning, they have a lake view and plenty of trails, lots of wildlife etc. Our room was a good size, but it was very dusty and not updated. Food was fine, but expensive and the cafeteria like restaurant was very loud, especially with kids and large groups eating. "

"La maison bleue centenaire est pleine de charme et possède de beaux grands espaces. Il n'y a toutefois qu'une SDB et une mini toilette au sous-sol, ce qui est peu pour un groupe. Il n'y a pas d'air climatisé et il n'y a pas de ventilateur, ce qui serait un bel ajout en temps de canicule! "

"I liked the environment, and the nice atmosphere of the restaurant. The food was very good. But what I did not like sis that the chalet was a little bit old and the rooms had only small windows, and were not facing the most interesting scene which is the lake."
