"Perfect location wise and ammenties. There is a coin laundry machine in the pool changing room with laundry detergent for you to buy uf you forgot to bring some. The room was clean and bed was comfortable. Tours also knew where this hotel was to pick you up. "

"We are repeat visitors to the Royal York and as usual we’re not disappointed. We were fortunate to arrive same day as the tree lighting and holiday kick off festivities. The hotel was a Christmas wonderland and the decorations all very tastefully designed. The room very comfortable and clean, we always feel safe. We enjoyed the pool/hot tub area and again very clean. We enjoyed the lobby bar to enjoy a few cocktails before the hockey game. The location is perfect, close to many amenities and Union Station across the road "
