We have a wonderful time there all the people who worked there were very nice and helpful I love the food ,It was quiet and clean the only thing I didn’t like it was that we cannot get a reservation for the special restaurants and it was far away from that downtown still, it was wonderful to stay there . Overall stay was fantastic. Rooms were great. Food was great and the weather was awesome. The only problem I had and the one thing I was extremely disappointed with was that on the day I was checking out the hotel charged me an extra $100 just so my family and I could sit by the pool for a couple of hours while we waited for our shuttle. I had already spent thousands on this vacation and needing to spend more just so we could kill 2 hours was BS.

Like: pools, many food choices, entertainment staff Dislike: The loud Band on the beach every day! Too many lounge chairs squeezed in (for the number of hotel guests) made them difficult to use. We prefer a shower only, not the awkward tub/shower in the room. The Towel Folding is cute, but not necessary.
