"We had a wonderful stay at The Hotel. There was some mix-up with our booking, but the staff was very professional and did their best to help us. Anne, the hotel manager, surprised us and upgraded our room to a beautiful suite overlooking the city due to the delay in check-in. "The location cannot be beat - near the train station, restaurants, souvenir shops and the Grand Place. Walkable to many other sites to see. I didn’t like the small room and the dated bathrooms (the toilet is nicely separated from the shower and tub but you still have to go to the bathroom to wash your hands).
