"The Rainbow House and Annex are Beautiful , very clean and comfortable. The Annex Hideaway bedroom is nice and dark when lights are out , with a comfortable queen bed . I love a dark bedroom to sleep . Kitchen's are well supplied with everything you need to cook and serve a meal . Just bring the food . There's local restaurant's if you want to eat out . The owners are super nice and quick to respond if you have a question or need . These places are in a beautiful area surrended by the beautiful Cascade mountains . Ideal places to stay to view and hike the many trails . So many beautiful views of waterfalls that you can view from your vehicle, if your not hiking . The MarbleMount ranger station has all the information about the hikes . After hiking it is enjoyable just setting on the porches enjoying the Beautiful scenery , so peaceful and relaxing . This truly is one of my favorite places to visit . I plan to come here as often as I can . I hope others can visit this awesome place . Oh... a big plus is the laundry room for those who bring limited clothing . Another bonus lots of hot water and towels . Want to also mention on rainy days there are puzzles and games and the book shelves are full , and also TV. If you just want to relax watching a movie. Lots of options for a couple or a family . We had a great time at The Rainbow House and Annex .💖🌈🤗💞 "

"Quiet place with self check in. Communication was good. We got a room with a shared bathroom since it was just my daughter and I it worked out well. I would not recommend this for a family stay. The room was small without a TV but there was a shared area with a TV fridge and microwave. Worked out well for our one night visit to North Cascades."

"We went hiking at Maple Pass loop so glad to find this place. We arrived in the dark and had some difficulty locating the house so highly recommend getting there during the daytime. The front door wouldn’t open but luckily back door wasn’t locked so we could get in and contacted the management and they came out the next day to fix the door. The house was surrounded by mountains and trees and just peaceful. Management alerted us that the bed was only for 2 ppl and extra ppl would have to sleep on sofa. Our kids thought it was not comfortable to sleep on so keep that in mind. We also had difficulty opening the gate, it got stuck and needed strength to open so hopefully that will get fixed. "

"Cute cabin with full kitchen. We had a two bedroom and it was very spacious. We were off season so it was very quiet. Good location for hiking near Ross Lake and Newhalem. Would stay here again. "

"We Wanted to spend a couple nights in a cabin on the river while doing hikes in the North Cascades. we felt ourselves to be extremely fortunate to have found Somnia Vera Riverside retreat. The cabin and setting were gorgeous. Everything was carefully thought out by the owners. Communication was exemplary. We travel frequently and this will definitely be on our shortlist of places to come back to soon."

"Karen was a wonderful host. It was the perfect location for North Cascades. Romeo the cat was a big highloght, suoer friendly and rushed to greet us. Just an overall great place, great setup and great host. We only wish we could have stayed longer."
