"Shaun's Downtown Oasis is one of the best VRBO's we have stayed in. The apartment is EXACTLY as described and pictured in the listing. Booking, arrival and departure was very easy and straight forward. Our host Shaun was quick to respond to any questions we had. My husband and I are 57-59 years old, and the location was good for us to walk. "The stay overall was quite nice. Neighbors were few and far between even tho they are across the hall and next door. The check in was seem less and the apartment was quite nice. There were parts that were unexpected like sheets in the dryer when I showed up and dirty crumbs in the oven drawer. Besides those little things all was amazing. "

"We stayed for 3 nights and it worked out perfectly! Such a cute condo. New and clean. It’s in an industrial area which I happened to enjoy. I was able to work one day from the condo since they had great Wi-Fi. The decor is beautiful and modern! There are trains in the area…I think 2 blocks away, but it didn’t bother our sleep at all! Communication with Brooke was super easy. I would highly recommend this property and would stay here again if we are ever back in Dalton."
