Enjoy the huge deck with hot tub and sauna. Inside you'll love the fully stocked chef's kitchen and dining table for 14. The lower level boasts a lounge area for the adults plus a separate kid game room.

Things to do nearby:
The house is about a 7 minute drive to the slopes, pool, and dining at Massanutten, 4 minutes to the spa, and just 2 minutes to the indoor/outdoor Waterpark. The Swift Run Gap entrance to Shenandoah National Park is 15 minutes away with some of the best hiking on the east coast. JMU and everything else in Harrisonburg is 18 minutes away, and there are several breweries, wineries, and restaurants within 15-20 minutes of the house.
Other things to note
- Shenandoah Wildflower is pet friendly! We allow up to 4 pets with a $100 pet fee (total, not per pet or per night). We provide some helpful supplies for pet-owners.
- We provide our guests $1500 of coverage for accidental damage to the property or its contents. The cost of this coverage is already embedded in the cleaning fee.
- Massanutten offers hiking, skiing, snowboarding, tubing, swimming, dining, spa, ropes course / zip line, golfing, go carts, mini golf, and much more.
- There are two driveways that can fit about 6 large vehicles or 8-9 smaller vehicles
- Wifi is fast with a strong signal throughout the house and decks. Five of the seven bedrooms, plus the downstairs living room and the downstairs game room, feature a smart TV where you can access all the main streaming services.
- We provide a fully stocked coffee bar with multiple coffee drip and Keurig options
- Guests can enjoy community pool access in the summer season for a $6 per person fee.

- Pack n play, high chair, kid dishes/utensils, and baby monitor provided
- We do require a separate rental agreement, which we will send a link to e-sign after you book. There are no additional fees beyond those listed here.

WELCOME TO MASSANUTTEN!
This home is part of the Massanutten Property Owners Association (MPOA) and is governed by its rules and regulations, as well as federal and state laws and local ordinances. There are short-term rentals in all MPOA neighborhoods, but people also live here. Your nearby neighbors may be full-time residents, including families with children, retirees, or owners of second homes enjoying their retreat. Please respect their privacy and property rights, along with those of other guests in our private residential community.
NOISE
Noise that is unreasonable in the judgement of MPOA or its designated agent is prohibited at any time. Quiet Hours are between 10PM and 7AM.
PARKING
All tires must be off the roadway. DO NOT BLOCK FIRE HYDRANTS! Our private neighborhood roads are “highways” for law enforcement purposes per Rockingham County ordinance.
Do not park adjacent to any other homes or lots unless this home’s owner or property manager has told you he/she has explicit permission for you to do so.
Parking rules violators may be subject to having their vehicles towed.
If you cannot park all your vehicles on this property or on the adjoining shoulder of the road, overflow parking is available at the MPOA Owners’ Swimming Pool parking lot at 4007 Peak Drive.
NOTE: Buses, campers, and RV’s may not be parked at houses or along neighborhood roads. With prior MPOA approval, they may be parked in the overflow lot during your stay.
NO OPEN FIRES
You are in an area that is at risk for wildfire! NEVER leave any outdoor fire unattended.
ALCOHOL
Open containers of alcohol are prohibited on any road or common area.
PETS
Pets are not allowed to run at large. They must be leashed at all times when off this property.
Pet owners are required to clean up after their pets.
TRASH
DO NOT place trash anywhere outside the house, including on screened porches. It will attract wildlife that could endanger you and damage the property.
