This in a beautiful part of NYC so it was very disappointing that my room was cold and that they didn't bring an extra blanket having asked for one. Also it was a bit of a shock be handed a 'Service Bill' at the end of my 4 day stay of almost 200 dollars for 'water, electricity, 'coffee machine in the room' gym in the hotel'. It felt like pure exploitation after having already paid a significant amount. So beware all the surreptitious ways they will make you pay for more inventing what ever they can!

The area was walkable to the station. It says included breakfast, but all they had was coffee and pastries as a continental breakfast—no vegan options. The staff was not very helpful when I mentioned the breakfast. They said I booked through Expedia, which does not show anything in their portal. Misleading information on expedia

Very nice hotel. It’s clean. Maid comes every day even if you don’t leave your room until lunchtime. Friendly staff. Nice bar in the lobby with good cocktails. Pastry and coffee every morning included with your stay. I’ve stayed here twice now.

Cet hotel est en réparation et nous ne le savions pas un bruit infernal toute la journée Nous n'Avons pas eu la chambre prévue. Une fois surclassée dans la chambre prévue il y'avait toujours autant de bruit et en plus il n'y avait pas d'eau chaude en fin de journée. Petit déjeuner ridicule (inclus) et fermé le 2ème matin avons payé une fortune pour cet hôtel. Ce n'est pas un 4 étoiles.
