"Suite à un séjour de 10 nuits, l'appartement est à 5min de la plage, très central, 2 parkings sont à côté.L'emplacement est toutefois un peu bruyant car proche d'une grande avenue, Las Palmas est très urbain il faut dire aussi.Il est assez propre et plutot confortable hormis les ustensiles de cuisine.Nous avions accès à la terrasse commune qui est très agréable.La communication avec l'hote s'est bien passée mais pas très réactif pour apporter les ustensiles manquants."

"We stayed at Apartamentos Brisamar Canteras briefly in 2019 and enjoyed it very much, so returned in Sep 2024 for a longer stay. The location is fantastic, right on the beach about half way along the 3km promenade. Tons of restaurants and the beach is very well maintained. The property does need a bit of attention - we had some very sticky doors and a broken laundry rack, and the moving of chairs on marble tiles caused a lot of noise that transferred to apartments above and below (could easily...

"Extremely well equipped apartment , the best we have ever stayed in . Amazing welcome pack , arrived late to find provisions for dinner , breakfast and a huge bowl of fruit and a bottle of wine . Everything needed for the beach , towels , umbrellas, cool bags etc . Fayna was extremely helpful and obviously cared about the comfort and enjoyment of the guest’s holiday ."
