"The property is an older property they are remodeling rooms, no elevators, they are 3 floors in each building , the steps are very small, difficult to maneuver. They did ask if we needed bottom floor but, i didn't know there wasn't an elevator. It is definitely a sales location, to get you to buy into Hilton. Not much else going on there. So very quite at night, but by 9am you could hear construction going on in the rooms. "

"Hands down the best hotel experience I’ve ever had! From the moment I arrived at Sonesta ES Suites in Paradise Valley, I felt genuinely welcomed. The gentleman at the front desk last night was incredibly warm and hospitable, even offering me two small bottles of water—such a thoughtful touch. The $20 incident fee was beyond reasonable compared to other hotels charging $100–$200, and he even waived my $5 parking fee for my first stay. My room was spotless, super spacious, and I loved the variety...
