Cute & cozy
Very cute, clean & cozy place. It was the perfect space for the 4 of us. The host was real sweet and helpful. Just a couple suggestions for the host....bigger coffee pot and fix the horrible squeaky bed please please please.

Affordability and Space
I stayed here while working a nursing contract at a hospital that is just steps away. I walked to & from work each day. The location of the rental is not in the most desireable of neighborhoods and I would suggest not walking at night. Memphis as a whole, is not the safest city in the Country. However, I had no issues with my stay here and never once felt like my safety was in jeopardy. Just be smart of where & when you're by yourself. Pretty much can be said about certain parts of any City in the world, I'm sure. Elva replied to every message I sent. When a hiccup came up, it was resolved expeditiously. The space has 2 roomy bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, full kitchen and living room. Interior has been remodeled recently and has a modern feel to it. Ample parking in back of the apartment complex, but also several spots out front on the street, which is where I parked with no issues. If I take a contract in Memphis in the future, I will reach out to see if this space is available again. Good stuff!
