Bellvilla Suites are home to a small bespoke number of apartments. Located in Fishpen and nestled between the lake and beach/ocean, Bellvilla will be your new home away from home. Each open plan apartment has been beautifully crafted with the traveller in mind. Each apartment has a stunning kitchen, lounge, dining area, laundry, and additional toilet. In addition to the large tv in the lounge area each bedroom has a smart tv and ceiling fan. Bellvilla Suites are also home to unlimited wifi in all areas, a communal BBQ and ample parking at the rear of the property.

Kingfisher Suite - Rented as a 3 bedroom or 5 bedroom

The 5 bedroom Kingfisher suite occupies the entire ground and 1st floor levels of Bellvilla.
Ground floor: Kingfisher Suite can be accessed from the back private courtyard or from the front of the complex. Kingfisher is the perfect location to retreat from the hustle and bustle of daily life. The apartment boasts a true master suite with a king bed, open plan bathroom, a free-standing soaker tub, and a double set of French doors from main bedroom which access the private courtyard. In addition, you will find a Queen room with French Doors and a stunning lounge, kitchen and dining area. Kingfisher also has a main bathroom and laundry area. Come straight from the beach, through the courtyard and directly into the laundry and main bathroom. This is easy living at its absolute best.

1st Floor: There is an internal staircase connecting the ground and 1st floors. This floor is also boasts a front balcony that spans the width of the building. There are four sets of french doors that open out onto the stunning front balcony which is home to an outdoor lounging area.

Bluebonnet

Bluebonnet Suite is located downstairs at the back of the complex. Bluebonnet Suite can be accessed from the private front or back courtyards. Bluebonnet Suite boasts 2 bathrooms (one with a free-standing bath) 3 x toilets, 3 x private courtyards, and a large open plan living and dining area you will always be able to find a quiet relaxing corner to unwind from a busy day at the beach.

Currawong

Currawong Suite is situated upstairs at the back of the complex. Ideal for those wanting a quieter hideaway. The Currawong Suite boasts both an entrance directly for the car park onto the balcony which has a comfy outdoor lounge and an entrance from the middle of the complex for those times when you are walking back from the beach/lake/town. The Currawong Suite has one bathroom with a walk-in shower and a second toilet in the laundry area.

Brolga

Brolga Suite is situated upstairs in the middle of the complex. The entry point for Brolga is in the middle of the complex between to two courtyards. The two bedroom option as one bathroom with a bathtub and walk-in shower, a laundry room with an additional toilet, a kitchen, living and a 6-seater dining area

The overall stay was very good. There were a couple of things that could have been better. The floors were not all that clean, I had to sweep out dirt around the doors on the inside. One of the beds had hairs in it. A couple of the towels had big long hairs on them and were just dirty. The showers in 2 bathrooms the drainage is not good and floods out. There was a smoke detector hanging from the ceiling when we walked in. And cobwebs in the skylight above the stairs. Some games or things for the kids would have been a good addition. But overall a lovely home in a great location. Would I recommend again, yes. But a few improvements need to be done. Oh, and some darker curtains in the main bedroom. Wasn't real comfortable walking around naked with any lights on there. .
