Fishermans Lodge - The perfect property for those who want to be close to town!

Fishermans Lodge in Merimbula has 6 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a separate toilet, and two lounge rooms with a TV, and DVD player in each. The lodge also has a lock-up garage for one vehicle or boat, a fully equipped kitchen, laundry, and a large balcony with lake views and BBQ facilities.

Upstairs offers lounge room with TV, DVD, and Stereo, Balcony and BBQ, Fully equipped kitchen/dining room, laundry with separate toilet. Bedroom with an en-suite, bedroom twin bedroom (2 singles) and a bunk room (2 single bunks) and a bathroom with bath and shower.

Downstairs offers a second living room with TV, DVD, queen bed and single bed, bunk room (2 single bunks), bathroom with toilet and shower.

Fishermans Lodge is the ideal property for those who would like to do some fishing in some of the local waterways. Guests of Fishermans Lodge are also eligible for a 10% discount on share charter prices.

Location and space but tired property
Very walk-able location! Lots of rooms. Ease of communication with manager and access to property. But property is showing it's age. Renovations are overdue and so the property does not feel as clean or spacious as I would like. This is reflected in my overall rating.
