"The property on the outside looks good but the inside needs lots of repairs. The lamp in the room did not work, the toilet flushed but not properly. The rooms need new bath tubs or showers. None of the drains worked properly, tub took forever to empty after a shower. The finish is completely gone from the tub. Needs lots of renovations "
