"Comfortable hotel with friendly staff. Well located for ferry port and train station, with tram to both for the less energetic. I checked in late Sunday afternoon which meant reception was not staffed, but intercom provided all information to get in and access key card. Very comfortable bed and perfect pillows. Shower was small, but then I'm quite large! Water temperature regulation was very sensitive. Overall a good stop over"

"We were given a room with no view of the ocean at check in, even though I was sold an ocean view room. It appears many of the rooms at the hotel have their view obstructed by a building in front. The front desk originally objected, but we were finally given a new room after waiting for an hour and it had a better view. "

"We loved everything about our stay at Villa Le Zagare: the gorgeous views, the sunsets, the swimming pool, the tennis court, the luscious garden and the spacious air conditioned rooms. Maurizio, our host, was wonderful and very responsive and made us feel welcome and at home.
