Big WOW to the customer service from everybody. From front desk, to Suite Lounge on dk 12. Big THANK YOU to the cleaning lady on this venue! One of the best stays I've ever had in Mexico City. I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Barceló México Reforma, and it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I walked into the lobby, I was impressed by the stunning, modern design and the warm, welcoming atmosphere. The check-in process was seamless, and the staff were incredibly friendly, always willing to assist with any request. My room was spacious, well-appointed, and spotlessly clean, offering a perfect blend of comfort and luxury. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring restful nights, and the view of Mexico City's skyline was simply breathtaking. The amenities provided, from the in-room coffee machine to the plush robes, made it feel like a true home away from home. One of the highlights of my stay was the spa and wellness area. The services were top-notch, and it was the perfect place to unwind after a busy day of exploring the city. The hotel’s location is another big plus—it's situated in the heart of Mexico City, making it easy to access popular attractions like Chapultepec Park, the National Museum of Anthropology, and the historic downtown area. Staff and service are excellent at this property. There were some minor maintenance issues in the room (a light fixture needed repair), but staff attended to it immediately upon request. The room was quiet overall, but understand that CDMX is a 24-hour city, so there will always be some street noise here and there as the hotel is located on the very busy Av. Reforma corridor. Hotel amenities are excellent if you don't feel like going out. The amenities offered for Premium room upgrades are a good value. The hotel was my headquarters for my first CDMX visit, worked very well. I enjoyed my stay here.

The hotel is excellent, the only thing I was disappointed was the reception. upon arrival ladies at the reception area check in are not welcoming to visitors or for information. Other than that wonderful stay.

The only things was that when we arrived there were no porters and there is no ramp to roll the luggage. You have carry it 6 stairs. Porter help needs to be improved. Other than that everything was good. I highly recommend you get the breakfast/premium package, well worth it. It’s for the porter issues that I can’t give them a 5.

Staff was very helpful. We brought our mother with disabilities and the staff helped us all the way through. Our room was leaking and management upgrade our room and we got free breakfast and free snack at night. I definitly stay in this hotel again!

My experience from this Hotel was amazing. From the first day, they brought my bags to my room and gave me all the service the hotel provides. Staff were overall friendly and very accepting of my poor Spanish. There are three restaurants that are all amazing and VERY affordable.There is a premium lounge that I didn't go too often but provided breakfast in the morning with a fantastic view and snacks throughout the day. There's also a Starbucks, two boutique shops, and a tequila museum. They also had a tour company on the bottom level. This hotel felt like a resort in the middle of the city with everything they had. The hotel was in the middle of all the areas i wanted to visit. To the east was the historic and shopping centers. To the West was the museums and parks. There are plenty of public transportation by the hotel, so getting to and from is EASY. Taxis and Ubers drive directly to the hotel entrance so no need to wave or locate an uber. Thank you Barcelo Reforma for the time and service.
