Staff and location were excellent. Very welcoming for our late check in. The noise from the shared kitchen was loud a few nights perhaps it would be good to ask that customers don’t use it late in the evening.

This is not a quiet area but most of Mexico City is loud. I enjoyed the small private and clean vibe of the hotel. The main entrance is easily missed if yoy aren’t paying attention. I felt very safe.

Peaceful rest after a long flight
This is the first time I stayed at this hotel and was pleasantly surprised at the value for the money: Very clean, very comfortable bed and you can beat the location.

The hotel is super convenient and felt very safe. Everything was very clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. However, it is definitely not soundproofed. It is next to a bar that got very loud until 2 in the morning. There were some cracks in the door that made it feel not very private.

Great area, very kind staff. The rain shower was a nice touch and the air conditioner worked very well. I'd absolutely stay here again. The internet signal can be quite poor on the top floor so I'd encourage the owners to install a signal booster or something. You can sometimes make due with the free city wide wifi from the street.

It was a perfect location, clean, had a lovely, low key atmosphere, just the right amount of amenities without being over the top. Great value. Paul spoke English so that really helped. I would absolutely stay here again.

Great Little hotel.
Very comfortable and clean. The staff is super nice and helpful. There are a couple of deep steps that are a bit hard to get off or on if you use a cane, like my mom. But the staff was there to help her.

My wife and I stayed for 5 nights. Positives: Paul (the owner?) is very helpful, speaks English, recommended great dining options; area is very safe with multiple cute cafes on every block and corner; equal distance from most tourist attractions. Negatives: the rest of the staff does not speak English; we complained on the bathroom water tank filling very slowly (15 min or so) after each flush and on the bathroom sink draining poorly; unfortunately neither problem was fixed.

Very friendly and available staff but the property conditions are less than desirable. It’s essentially a hostel vs a hotel. There was a huge cockroach in the second floor kitchen. The rooms are very small and you can clearly see the ware and tare on the walls, doors, windows and shower.

Room was clean and just good amount of space. It's In a very central place, near parks and food options. There's no lift so take note if you would find that inconvenient, it was fine by me. Staff doesn't speak English as much as you'd like but it works with minimal contact anyway. Highly recommended!

I don't know how this place has such a good rating... It's probably the location, which is the only redeeming quality. The place basically feels like a hostel, not a hotel. I was charged for my stay BEFORE I even arrived. Only one person working there spoke English. On Friday and Saturday night there was some sort of party going on both nights where you heard women screaming at the top of their lungs until the wee hours of the morning. The hallways are very noisy and the walls are thin. You can hear everything. I would not stay here again.
