Hola, excelente propiedad en todos los aspectos, limpieza y ubicacion, la comunicacion via whastapp muy buena tambien, contestan al instante y atienden los requerimientos, en la noche hay un ruido de una maquina que prende de manera intermitente y molesta algo para dormir, pareciera que es solo en la unidad que tenia, es algo que les avise y creo que se puede arreglar

This was an excellent property in Polanco. The neighbourhood was safe and you could walk to all the restaurants. The room was large with full kitchen and dishes, cutlery and cooking utensils for 4 people. there were extras such as a blender, toaster and coffee maker and tea pot. salt and pepper, cooking oil and water were supplied. I travel to Mexico every month for business and this is one of my favourite hotels, and definitely the best location.

El lugar bueno pero la comunicación difícil
El lugar el muy bonito, cómodo y limpio, pero tuve problemas con la caja de seguridad y tardan mucho en responder a los mensajes por whatsapp y llamando no contestan. La persona de mantenimiento tarda mucho en lllegar. Por último perdí un taxi el cual tuve que pagar aunque no lo abordé porque no pude sacar mis cosas de la caja de seguridad a tiempo, quedaron de mandarme un uber, cuando les avise que ya estaba lista nunca contestaron, por tanto pagué dos taxis

Muy malo, fuera de standard de servicio
Un desastre... Cosas que no dicen: No hacen limpieza de la habitacion, cero limpieza un 5 dias! No tienen aire acondicionado, y es un horno incluso con la venta abierta, Tienen un ventilador de hace 10 años que hace mas ruido que aire. Recibi la habitacion sucia, con tasas con restos de café, la cafetera usada y el café de cortesia abierto y usado. No hay nadie en persona con quien hablar estos temas, solo un chat, y el portero del edificio que no puede hacer nada... Ademas no precio no es ni barato, hay mucho mejores mas baratos en los alrededores
