Me gustó mucho por la decoración y lo limpio. Lo malo es que se escucha en tu habitación TODO lo que pasa en las otras habitaciones, parecen de cartón las paredes. Quizá serviría tener al menos un ventilador en la habitación, ya que no cuenta con aire acondicionado y en época de calor debe ser horrible dormir así. Está en muy buena ubicación, tiene cerca muchos lugares para comer, hacer compras, tomar café, tomar cerveza, tacos, etc.

Take your business elsewhere. I made my booking two weeks prior. when I got to the hotel, they tell me it was overbooked and just like that I was on the street. Niether the hotel nor expedia assumed any responsability. I have no words to describe how we feel. Our limited vacation got even shorter after these people decided to overbook the hotel without letting those affected know on time to plan accordingly. I wont ever use or recommend expedia nor this hotel.

En otros hoteles de la zona de precios similares tenian comentarios de mucha suciedad, definitivamente OYO es un lugar muy limpio, estetico. Sin embargo las habitaciones de cerca de la recepcion se escucha TODO. A las 3:00 el chico de recepcion estaba hablando y se escucha tanto que me desperto. Fuera de eso, es un lugar limpio, facil de llegar a cualquier punto de Polanco desde ahi.

Muy bonito y bien ubicado. Lamentablemente, desde mi habitación se escuchaba todo lo de la habitación contigua (incluyendo ronquidos) y todos los sonidos de la recepción (como un timbre).

The major inconvenience I faced is the noise around, you can hear people taking, front desk phone ringing, stairs steps. My room was not properly clean by the time j Cheked in and I has to ask for toilet paper the next morning. People at the front desk were very very very friendly and welcoming
