My sis and I recently had an incredible stay at ULIV and couldn't be happier! From the moment we arrived, the staff was welcoming and attentive. My room was spotless, with a fantastic view and all the amenities we needed. The restaurants nearby served delicious meals, and the hotel's location made it easy to explore the city. I highly recommend ULIV for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Five stars! 🌟🏨

The property is nice and the security is really good. However the lobby is pretty noisy at all times, you can hear everything going on, it's rather loud in the 1st floor rooms. Our room had a few things in disrepair, leaky bathroom faucet running all over the countertop, the safe in the closet isn't bolted down, so we didn't use it. On the patio there's a swinging chair that is unusable, it has lots of green mold growing on the seat; it's obvious no one sits in it or it's ever been cleaned. Nearby the swinging chair is a hole in the deck that one could easily break an ankle on. It's not readily apparent where to get room services, who to call for extra towels or bathroom paper products.

Pretty much nice place but the rooms were smaller than expected. The area is quiet however not properly insulated because when there is any kind of noise outside the sound is pretty loud in your room.

I am a usual user of Uliv Lincoln. I have noticed that the property condition has decayed. My room's door to the patio did not close, so I felt unsafe. The toilet paper rack was broken. The patio floor had a hole. Maintenance can definitely improve.
