Our go to place to stay in Roma Norte. Easy to walk everywhere, excellent restaurants nearby. Fast and friendly service here, very quiet and spacious.

Overall, our stay was great. The apartment is very nice, clean, and modern. We felt safe coming in and out of the property as well. The staff and security were mostly attentive. Sound does carry from the halls and one morning we did hear the children from the daycare having some type of program. The only negative thing is that our apartment was cleaned once during our 4 night stay. Towels were changed and the trash was emptied daily though.

Our stay was excellent overall. Staff was very friendly and helpful with all our requests. They accommodating for additional items such as blankets and pillows. Our only concern was that the door adjacent to the other room did not lock properly. However the staff quickly checked this issue and let us know that it could not open from the neighbor's side. I would definitely stay here again!

The property was exactly as advertised and in a perfect location. My one complaint was that we couldn’t get the hot water to work, but I’m not sure if it was operator error or just the timing. It was so hot while we were there that it wasn’t that big of a deal.

Love this place. They were so kind to us. The rooms were modern and clean. We left all our electronics and money out and nothing was messed with. The guy in the front lobby walked us to our room and made sure we were set with any thing we needed. Perfect location as well.

We had a wonderful stay with our 10 month old baby. The property hosts and security were so friendly and welcoming. I saw some comments about noise and I was a bit worried. We did hear the daycare nextdoor a few times during the day but after around 4pm we didn’t hear any noises or neighbours- we found it quiet! I only deducted a point on communication because we received all of our emails (welcome email, after day one, etc) after we had already checked out. However that could have been an Expedia issue. We had an excellent stay here and the location was perfect!

Extremely clean property. Would definitely stay here again. The only one drawback is that there is no soundproofing so it gets a little noisy. Roma norte has clubs so it gets loud with music on the weekend. That aside, it was perfect

Very cute apartment with everything we needed as a mid 30s couple. Loved the Pilates studio across the street and the health food spot next door. The staff is super friendly and it was very clean with a comfy bed. Panadaria Rosetta a few blocks away had the most amazing coffee/pastries. Would stay here again.

Stay here last year for about a week and decided to come back again this year. Love the neighborhood and the spacious apartments, And the fact that it’s a real hotel and not Airbnb, you don’t feel like you’re on your own. Staff is very friendly and helpful and attentive- booked a room for my friends for their honeymoon as well and they loved it.
