Check-in was super easy. My flight arrived at 11am and check in isn’t technically until 2pm, but they gave me my room right away! I had an amazing lunch at the restaurant next door and I had room service for dinner. What a magical way to spend my first day in Mexico. This place is so nice and I feel so thankful for all the friendly staff who are supporting me during my vacation.

Hello, I got to hotel reserved for 3 people they didn't bring towels and the towel that was in the room looked like a rag used for the floor the room smelt like a sewer the bathroom gas mold all in shower. The rest of hotel was decent but no response on more towels or anything.
