The hotel terrace and pool area are wonderful. There was no microwave and coffee maker in the room although when I booked the room it said it has a microwave and coffee maker. The common area coffee machine was broken too. The room was not very clean but it was okay.

Took several days to get my deposit back.the place had no fridge no microwave.only 1 ice machine that worked which was on the 5th floor in a building across the street! The sliding glass door rattled loudly!! all night every time any wind touched it.plus the deposit was more than the room cost for a night.they also charge 15 dollars to park in their parking lot but they will charge you 22.50 out of your deposit for it? These guys 1 star all day

Our first room had a little hiccup, not due to the property, but due to another guest. The front desk was extremely accommodating and took care of our issue immediately. I was very concerned at first about booking this hotel because it is a newer hotel and the rates were low however, I decided to give it a chance and I’m extremely pleased with that one review that I read that sold me on this hotel said that the beds were extremely comfortable. I completely agree and I slept for almost 12 hours in that bed last night. Give this hotel a try the only noise you hear is the noise that’s coming from the highways which what you hear everywhere in Miami and definitely get a balcony room. Enjoy!

The staff is very friendly and wants to make sure you have a great experience. The parking is a little confusing at first but once you do it a few times you understand. You can walk to most places from the hotel. Very quick drive from the airport. The hotel room felt clean and the tv has a lot of channels to choose from.
