big room! key biscane was a great relaxed area in comparison to Miami. glad we made the drive out to stay here, it was worth it. lots of cute restaurants nearby. nice that there was beach access. we didn't use the pool as we were out and about most the time.

Amazing location as its close to the beach and town and with free parking. Very simple set-up in the units. Its not fancy...its dated and that is why the price is reasonable. Our unit was clean and we loved having a kitchenette and a TV. Walk to the beach and to town - again amazing location. There is noise due to early morning garbage trucks and cars parked around the building but that is to be expected.

I don’t even know where to start. Horrific experience that I didn’t even stay the length of the reservation. Dirty is an understatement. The pictures are completely AI generated. There were dead cockroaches in the ceiling that could be easily seen through the clear plastic drop down ceiling. Various splatter of random substances on the walls. Mismatched lighting with various bulbs out. Just stay away.

Everything was great except for the checkin. There is no identifiable sign for the hotel and the phone number provided was off the hook! And Expedia staff were no help at all.

Dish Washer was broken during the entire stay. Pull out couch was way too small for medium adult to sleep in. Bathtub have metal rust stains. Towel hanger is broken. Cabinet door knob came loose. Ants on master bed. Bathroom sink won't drain.

It’s good for the money. We were worried after reading some of the reviews, but the place was actually really clean. No roaches. Clean sheets. There is TV upstairs and downstairs, No smart TV but we used our phones. It does need a bit of renovation, but if you want the Ritz it’s across the street. The pool area was clean as well. The reception was a bit tricky to found, you have to walk in the courtyard to found it, could use a sign. Came for a weekend. It’s very close to the beach. We would probably stay there again if we come back to Biscayne Key.

I have a long list of cons. No washcloths, noisy, like an old motel, walls not patched or painted, unable to contact by phone, corporate doesn't return requests, shower head old and sprays sideways, laundry facilities not in room as stated, washers leak water all ovwr floor and out into walkway, dryer vent not clean so steams up room to an intolerable and unsafe level, beds hard as a rock, fridge loud. This place would not pass a HUDD inspection. Staff was friendly and helpful as long as you were not requesting a refund which we didn't get nor did the other 2 guests we met & spoke to that requested one during our stay
