• Registration Fee: There is a one-time $50 registration fee per adult guest, payable at the front desk upon arrival.
As our guest, you’ll have full access to the following amenities:

• 1 Free Assigned Parking Spot: For your convenience, we provide one assigned parking spot free of charge. Please note that the parking space is suitable for regular-sized vehicles only. Oversized vehicles may not fit in the assigned space.
• Electric vehicle charger: The building provides charging stations for electric vehicles. To use this service, it is necessary to make a reservation through Building Link or directly with the front desk staff.
• Important Note on Security: While we do our best to provide a safe environment, we cannot be responsible for lost or stolen items left in the unit or parking area. Additionally, any damage that may occur in the parking lot is also beyond our control. We appreciate your understanding and recommend securing personal items for added peace of mind.

- Parking is included in the price of your stay, so you can enjoy hassle-free access to your vehicle at all times. Please note that vehicles must not exceed 6.8 feet in height.
- Ride-sharing services like Uber and Lyft are readily available, with short wait times due to the central location, making it a breeze to get around without a car.

To ensure a smooth start, we've provided basic supplies for your first day to make you feel right at home.
Please keep in mind:
- Washcloths are not included, so we recommend bringing any extras you may need.
- Please note that, for the security of the building, only one set of keys is provided.
- All visitors after 11:00 pm are subject to an additional $50 fee.
- We do not offer luggage storage services. We kindly ask you to plan accordingly for your arrival and departure times. Thank you for your understanding!
- Respect for Neighbors: Out of consideration for the community, loud music, parties, or any excessive noise is not permitted. Violating this rule may result in fines by the building.
