"For what we paid, the room was fine. It was very spacious with a separate bedroom off of the kitchen and living room. The lock to the front door is an old school bedroom lock and the window to the bedroom opened right up (no screen) to the ground level. The bedroom was clean and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom could have been cleaned a little better. The location was great with a lot of bars, restaurants and shops in a walkable area. Again, for the cost, we would stay there again. "

"Even though the check in location is not on site, it’s very easy to get to and easy to access even after hours if you arrive late. Communication is fantastic with quick responses and clear instructions. The particular property that we stayed in was safe, quiet, and easy to access. The kitchen is updated and has several random things to make cooking easy. The bathroom needs updating or maintenance to redo caulk and to remove stains."

"Stayed here for a mother-daughter trip & loved it! Very clean rooms, delicious breakfast, & a 2-3 minute walk to the beach. Beach towels and other basics are provided to you. Only a few minutes from the marine science center, lighthouse, etc. My only tiny complaint is that our room on the first floor was a little tight and would probably be better for a solo traveler, but I know they can’t do much regarding room sizes! Overall 5 stars :)"

"First the good stuff. Good location on the island, though we had a heck of a time finding our actual unit. The complex is quite confusing. And knowing where exactly to park was confusing as well. Quiet. No loud party goers. Very nice ocean view and just a boardwalk away to the water. Excellent restaurant "The Deck". The best meal we had in both Savannah and Tybee. Braised short ribs were the best ever. Pretty clean. Comfortable beds. Now the not so good stuff. The pictures online are deceiving....
