"The staff was very nice and helpful. The hotel is very nice but needs some repairs in public areas. There was a restroom by the main desk which had a broken faucet. They also need to provide more public restrooms for guests because there were none by the pool and only the one by the main desk. It’s not reasonable to think everyone should walk back to their room to use the bathroom if they are relaxing in the main area. "

Being the first time staying at the dead sea for 2 nights my thoughts staying at the Leonardo inn hotel was that the customer service was friendly and helpful, there was ample place to park the car I had hired which was convenient. Food that was cooked in the hotel was delicious,overall a good location and great value for money."

"The checkin was easy, and our room was comfortable. Staff was helpful when needed. The thermostat was a little hard to figure out as there were no numbers on the dial, but we figured it out. The food was plentiful and delicious. We didn't use the pool, as it was so hot outside and not comfortable, but lots of people were using it. The beds were comfortable but the pillows were flat. "No communication with the desk person. He had to make a phone call for me to converse. Area around property was very unkempt and littered with several "piles" left by dogs right on the property and not cleaned up in any fashion. Area made me feel unsafe due to its exceedingly poor neighborhood, but had no problem. No sign or address on property so very had to even find. Had to ask strangers for assistance to point it out. I wouldn't stay there again. But feel free to take your own chances....
