"Fantastic hotel right in the heart of Innsbruck! Just a 5min walk from the central train station and all the shopping you can handle. The Christmas market is also just a few minute walk as well as the Colorful Houses. The staff are all amazing and very helpful. There is a full bar and the brother/sister bartending team are super friendly. There is an observation deck on the top floor giving you Benavides of the city and mountains. Great photo opportunity! "The Hotel is great but far from town. Maybe not in Summer it would be better but during winter, it is not a great walk to anywhere. If you have a car, this is the place. Breakfast is good, place is clean and spacious "

The hotel is beautiful, the location is beautiful, and the food that’s included is top tier. We spent all day relaxing at the thermal baths and saunas, and then slept great in our comfortable bed. "
