"Celebrated our honeymoon at Innsbruck and the team from AC Hotel went above and beyond to make our stay a lovely one. Appreciate that they automatically upgraded us to a better room at the top level with amazing view. The room was clean, spacious. The staff were friendly and warm. Location is great too, and a short walk away from the main Christmas markets. Wouldn’t hesitate to make a reservation at AC Hotel again during our next trip back to Innsbruck."

"Nice hotel close to the centre of Innsbruck. Large, well appointed rooms and excellent bathrooms. Lovely breakfast area with a good range of foods available for breakfast. The lack of a spa reduces this to an average hotel for the area. I was disappointed to find on arrival that the spa was closed and had been for some time. Had I known the spa was closed I would have chosen an alternative hotel. "

"We had a lovely stay in the old town portion of Innsbruck. This hotel is right in the center of it all making it very convenient. It was quiet, adorable and very comfortable. The bar being open late was a nice touch, and I'd stay here again!"

"Travel Charme Fürstenhaus am Achensee is an amazing place to stay! Very nice staff, beautiful - stunning views from my room (255), great breakfast and so many other things that are offered here that I did not take advantage of, but will on my next visit. "We had a lovely, spacious, modern, quiet room on level 5. It had a wonderful, large view of Innsbruck’s snowy mountains. Can’t beat the location- close to everything. All the staff were super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a highlight every morning. We were only wanting for tissues and couple more pillows (which weren’t supplied), teas, sugar and coffees weren’t replaced daily - apart from that, would have been perfect!"

"Very friendly staff & nice modern room with underfloor heating in the bathroom. Comfortable beds & no noise at night. On the minus side, no room service available on our 1st night due to a 'private function' and the second night ( a Friday) we were told at 6pm the restaurant was full & therefore no room service again. We expressed our dissatisfaction & were given our food. I would expect any four star hotel to have available room service regardless of external functions or restaurant...

"No elevator but staff offers to help! Staff is there til 7pm - if you arrive for check in after 7pm you will have a code emailed to you beforehand to enter at front door and your keys will be on the counter. Room is great, nice little kitchenette. You receive a free pass for Innsbruck public transport and staff advised which lines to take. "

"Modern, quiet, and clean, right next to the train station. Building looks brand new - maybe built in the last 5 years or so? Very well insulated as you can't hear any noise from outside or adjacent rooms, despite overlooking the train tracks and being in a busy area with a lot of traffic Great for exploring the city - walking distance to everything - and coming back to a base for a peaceful night's sleep. "
