Second time staying at the property, it didn't disapoint.
Fabulous location, close to everything. The stairs take a bit of getting used to, but the reward once you've made it to the top is worth it. We'll be back.

Superb apartment and terrace
The apartment was spotlessly clean and everything we needed for a comfortable stay was available. Local shops and restaurants were a short walk away and the grounds and pool were immaculate. Some elderly or people with health issues may find the steps up to the apartment an issue as it is on the top floor, but we enjoyed the mini workout it gave us each time we returned there. We would recommend the apartment to anyone looking for a base to explore the Mijas area, and will definately consider staying there again next year.

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit dort! Mega gute Dachterrasse! Zwei Punkte waren nicht ganz so toll. Es gibt Ameisen in der Küche und die Türen sind total verzogen und lassen sich schlecht bedienen und das ganze nur laut!

Realizei a reserva deste apartamento no dia 8 de julho de 2024 para os dias 17 a 24 de agosto de 2024. Tudo processado normalmente, dados registados, pagamento efetuado, confirmação de reserva recebida no email, hora de check in marcada para as 16h... enfim, nada nos levaria a pensar que no momento em que chegamos a Marbella, por volta das 11h00, ao contactar o responsável pelo alojamento, a questionar se seria possível fazermos o check in algumas horas mais cedo, a resposta seria "Hi Catarina, Sorry but we will not be able to have the apartment ready in this short notice, so I need to cancel the booking. /Tomas", questionei como seria possível que me fizesse uma coisa daquelas e informei que não tinha onde ficar com a minha família assim de repente, a resposta que me deram foi "Hi, you have just created the booking today so I cancel as soon as possible. Our condition of minimum booking is three days so I'm suprised that the booking of one days went through system. You will of course be reimbursed 100%. /Tomas". - Não, a minha reserva foi feita, paga e confirmada no dia 8 de julho. Reembolsaram-me o valor da reserva, mas o minimo que deviam ter feito era ter pago o dobro do valor pelo incomodo e prejuízo com que fiquei. Tendo em conta que tive que arranjar uma estadia para 7 noites e para 5 pessoas à ultima da hora, gastei 3x mais do que o valor que paguei por esta reserva. Foi vergonhoso, lamentável e não recomendável.

Seul la vue de la terasse, l'emplacement et la piscine était top. Pour le reste je ne conseillerai pas cette location, l'appartement n'était pas très propre, - la seule climatisation est dans le salon, il y a en a une autre sur pied dans la chambre qui fait un bruit horrible et où il faut laisser la fenêtre ouverte pour son bon fonctionnement, dans la seconde chambre il y a un ventilateur "dégueulasse" rempli de poussière inutilisable!! J'avais pourtant demandé au propriétaire si il y avait la climatisation dans les chambres.. - la machine à laver est crasseuse (noire au niveau du caoutchouc) - il n'y a pas de pergola dans la terasse contrairement à la photo de l'annonce donc impossible de petit dejeuner ou déjeuner dans la terasse à cause du soleil - la douche de la terasse est HS ENFIN attention aux enfants car les fenêtres sont très basses... - les lits 1 place ne sont pas du tout confortable Je tiens aussi à préciser que le Logement est au dernier étage et qu'il n'y a pas d'ascenseur J'ai demandé un remboursement au propriétaire et m'a proposé de quitter le logement sans être remboursé

Una estancia agradable
El apartamento muy cómodo, la terraza fabulosa. La limpieza del apartamento justita, deberían poner estropajo y balleta a estrenar y cuidar más la limpieza de las almohadas y edredones, no es suficiente con lavar las fundas. Para ir a la playa hay que hacerlo caminando unos 10 minutos ya que no se puede ir en coche. En cuanto al check in y al check out, nos dieron muchas facilidades y fueron muy flexibles.

Die Lage war optimal, leider ist der 200 m entfernte Autobahnlärm, nachts sehr störend. Selbst bei geschlossenem Fenster!! Die Wohnung hätte ein Update nötig, vor allem der Plattenboden ist sehr verschlissen. Alle Türen klemmen, Fenster haben viel Spiel.( Wind) Die Badezimmer sind alt, wir hatten ein leckes Lavabo, das vom Sanitär behoben wurde. Aber unangenehm! Der TV funktionierte nur über Apple. Wir haben Microsoft, also 3 Wochen kein fernsehen. Die zuständige Person vor Ort, war sehr hilfsbereit, versuchte alles um den TV in Gang zu bringen, leider ohne Erfolg.

Trevlig lägenhet med bra planlösning med ett badrum och ett med duschkabin. En fantastisk terrass med möbler och markiser. All utrustning i köket fanns inkl diskmaskin och även tvättmaskin i badrummet. Mycket trevlig innergård med en barnpool och en större pool, lugnt och trivsamt. Lagom promenad till stranden där ordentlig strandpromenad finns på omväxlande sand/trätrall/betongplattor till La Cala , totalt drygt tre kilometer och där utbudet på kafeer och restauranger finns för alla smaker. Lätt att ta buss Marbella och till Fuenguirola, ev vidare till Malaga med tåg. Mycket bra semester även för oss som inte spelar golf.

Supertrevlig och central lägenhet med det lilla extra.
En mycket trevlig lägenhet med fantastisk utsikt från köksbordet, vid klart väder såg vi Atlasbergen i Afrika. Trevliga ljusa rum med för oss känd möblering, köket har det mesta man kan behöva. Men takterassen var nog den allra bästa platsen där vi spenderade vår mesta tid med solsängen, lounge gruppen och matplatsen, grill och markistaket som kunde användas vid behov och uteduschen var också bra och en fantastisk panorama utsikt. Poolen i trädgården med solsängar fungerade trots det var lite kallt i poolen som är otempererad, den är säkert ännu skönare längre fram på säsongen. Möjlighet att använda grannfastighetens pooler som är tempererade. Närhet till strand och havet som Vi besökte barer och en restaurang som vi fastnade för Max Beach på stranden, men flera ligger inom gångavstånd från lägenheten, likaså två butiker med bageri för inköp av matvaror. Service med transfer från och till Malagas flygplats även på obekväma morgontimmar och Wifi mot betalning, Vi kan bara med positivitet rekommendera detta semesterboende. Vi i Familjen Engwall Sverige
