"Room and facility was great. Two issues: When I booked my stay, I specifically searched for a hotel that had a shuttle to SF airport for my 7:15 am flight. When I called the day I was to arrive, I was informed that they no longer had shuttle service. I took at taxi to the hotel. The front desk got a taxi for me in the morning but the driver did not have a meter and charged me $10 more than the driver the night before. THEY SHOULD NOT USE THAT TAXI SERVICE. "For a short trip to San Francisco I needed an hotel near the airport. This couldn't have been more convenient. Five minute BART ride to SFO and 40 minutes to the city. Three minute walk to the hotel. The room was very comfortable, well appointed, The nostalgia theme was cute, but not overdone. A wide varity of snacks and drinks available for purchase in the lobby was also appreciated. I will stay here again."

"I’m sad we were only staying for one evening, so we didn’t get to fully take advantage of all the nice amenities in the hotel; such as their indoor pool, beautiful outdoor property overlooking the bay and great dining options. The rooms were great and comfortable. Staff was excellent and courteous. We enjoyed their complimentary breakfast with plenty of options to choose from. Overall would recommend to anyone or would personally stay again :) "
