"Nikko is so great. Our go to for union square! There was a small mix up this time as they didn't have my Expedia reservation but the staff was able to work it out quickly, which was especially important since I had prepaid! They were also doing some plumbing work so the water was off from 11pm to 4am but I appreciated that they did it after hours and it really didn't affect us. I've probably stayed here about 10 times and I would definitely go back. Walking distance to everything downtown "
