"Dawn was very responsive and has really set her place up to be the perfect getaway for a visit to State College. The place was larger than I had expected and suited our group of 7 adults perfectly. The neighborhood was very quiet and very convenient to everything. Looking forward to returning again and treating my kids to the lovely waffle making station! Thank you! "

"This cozy cottage, just a stone’s throw from Penn State, is the perfect blend of comfort and charm. From the moment I walked in, I could feel the attention to detail that made our stay so relaxing. The thoughtful touches—plenty of plush towels, a well-stocked kitchen, and even some sweet little extras—made it feel like a home away from home. "Three of us stayed here while we were doing a local job. Worked out well for us, much better than staying in a hotel for a week. Communication was great, easy to get the answers we needed. No TV's at this location. Didn't bother me to much just FYI. Nice outdoor fire pit and the view of the river was great. Easy to relax after a hard day working. Thank you to the owners!"

"We stayed here for the Penn State vs Michigan game. It was 4 of us so sleeping arrangements were perfect. Great communication with the owner as we had a little trouble with figuring out WiFi and the tv. Lower level definitely chilly but my husband loved it. House was clean and in a great location."

"My husband and his siblings wanted to explore Bellevue. Their grandmother and father were born in the area and my husband and his siblings wanted to find their birthplace. This vacation home is centrally located to everything. The home was perfect for what we needed. There was plenty of room and the kitchen met our needs. Check in and check out was very simple and easy. We had some absolutely amazing food in the area and will definitely be back."
