We arrived late and the gentleman at the front desk gave us directions to our room, then met us at the door to hold open the door so we could unload our luggage without struggling with the door. I've stayed here several times and never had any significant issues or problems. I'm not a big fan of the carpet in the rooms but it's not a deal breaker. "The stay at Best Western is always good. However, this is the second visit where there were no dollies to take your luggage to the room. Therefore several trips were needed to get things from the car to the room. Also, the hotel doesn't use trash bags in the trashcans inside of the rooms. They said it was done on purpose, which I guess is their decision. It could cause a mess, especially if you have a child in diapers/pullups. Otherwise the room was satisfactory as always. "
