"Lovely staff Though slightly understaffed. Needed an extra person to run between two stations as the bar was often left with people waiting to turn up. The dinner in the restaurant was great. The service was good, but again I felt there should have been extra support. It's a 50 minute walk to the centre of Oxford (definitely worth it as its mainly by the Thames) or a 6-10 minute bus ride. "

We received conflicting information about the cost and availability of some services. "We had a two night stay. The hotel could do with some revamping, as some areas were looking a bit tired. The staff were really pleasant and helpful, and seemed to like working there.
