Updated design with luxurious main bedroom. The private front deck is a wonderful place to enjoy morning coffee. Off street parking for two vehicles. Many great dining options just down the street in West Allis’s vibrant Six Points area.
The space
Second floor, upper apartment with quiet, long-term resident neighbors downstairs. Private entrance at the rear of the home immediately adjacent to the parking area. Laundry is in the basement and this space is shared with downstairs tenants but the machines are dedicated for our guests' use and are not shared. The yard is very small and not fenced, so dogs may need to be walked on a leash.
Guest access
The entire apartment and parking area are available for our guests. A unique code will be generated for you to access to the home via the smart lock on the side door.
