This location was perfect! 5minute walk to the train which brings you everywhere. Close to Dondondori which was perfect when we decided to stay there late and walk back for christmas. Overall a great stay and quite spacious for Japan. 9/10 Only gripe I would say is be prepared for Bōsōzoku at night. We learned it when there. Its apart of the culture so I cant blame the establishment but at night you will occassionally hear the engines. Otherwise a great stay!

This hotel has everything the traveler would want, modern, spacious, clean and bedding are comfortable. The location is close to shopping and very convenient to mass transit to major attractions. Highly recommend to all other fellow travelers

It has all the amenities and service quality you’d expect from an Excel hotel but also a distinct modern design and flair. Biggest bonus: there’s a laundry room with coin operated machines on one of the floors.
