"A little hiccup when some of our group arrived as previous people hadn't left but it was sorted quickly.And we were a little bit earlier than 3pm. Awesome house. A good set up for us. There were three couples, three singles and myself. The little lounge by the second bathroom should be made into a bedroom with a single bed we all thought. I used this as a bedroom. But general layout was great. We were all family, cousins, my sister and husband and two of my sons so the house worked well for us....

"The property was tired and dirty, there were dead bugs inside and dog poo on the back lawn. The pool had a lot of dead bugs too. It was comfortable, and, the linen was clean, and lots of space for a big family/group to spread out in."

"The accommodation was as advertised. No unpleasant surprises. Wood fire kept the house cozy. We were there late autumn, it would have been a great addition to have a wall heater in the bathroom which was outside on the back porch. Otherwise I would recommend a stay for those who can tolerant Taranaki temperatures. The easy close walk to the Whangamomona Hotel was the icing on the cake."

"The bach was great 3 minutes walk to the beach. Dune 3 and 4 are connected by a locked door but there is no sound proofing so you can hear everything they say in the next room."
