"The hotel was well located for exploring Osaka. In a residential area close to transport. The staff were very friendly and the free coffee and water in reception was great. "

Hotel Monterey Le Frere Osaka
10/10 Excellent
"Great hotel, took us a bit to find it but that was only because we had to figure out the labyrinth of tunnels from the train station. Appreciated the fact that it had laundry facilities. "
"English speaker first time ever going to Japan I must say I wasn’t sure what to expect, travelling alone I was a little nervous about everything but once I got to the hotel my nerves were calmed. Hotel is in a great area and feels very safe, hotel staff very welcoming and check in was super easy regardless of what language you speak because they just needed my passport for my reservation. Everything I needed information wise was given to me in English and the TV in the room also gave information on check out times. Hotel room was very clean and has its own controls to the A/C which made it very nice given how hot it was outside. Also stayed at an APA location in Tokyo and the quality was the exact same. Will definitely stay again, it’s not the fanciest hotel on earth but it’s clean, safe and easy."
"I love staying APA chain hotels. The staff is always friendly and the rooms are always clean. They provide many amenities, I especially love the spa. They also have a quick way to check in and out. I will stay in this chain every time I go to Japan. =) They made my experience in Japan so much better! Thank you APA hotel!"
"The property is very clean and all the staff were super friendly. Staff who are fluent in English are available. The bathroom was a great size for hotels in Japan. I would stay here again."
"Very clean, convenient, and friendly staff. The free breakfast is delicious and was a highlight of my stay. The ventilation in the room is a little noisy if you are sensitive to it, but it was no issue for me."
