"When we arrived early as check in was 1600 they allowed us to check in and gave us free upgrade which was much appreciated. We dropped bags in bag store and went out to explore and they were brought back to our room at 1600. "We had a lovely stay at the hotel, the food was lovely, cleanliness excellent and staff very helpful. The only few thing that lets it down was the pool area, although there was plenty of sun beds they could not be adjusted and a lot of them are saggy in the middle, the pool area is concreted cracked and in places. The out side of the building needs painting. It just needs a little TLC. "

"Staff was very friendly and helpful, food was excellent and a good variety. Room was clean and balcony big enough for sunbathing too. We loved the spa in the morning and beach club just across the road was the best fun! All pools were clean and safety was a priority. Plenty of activities for children and excellent entertainment in the evenings. There are gift shops, arcade and bars on site and swap shop at reception where we left sunscreen and kids items for the pool. Will definitely be back...
