"This is our second time came to Garza Blanca. The (front desk)concierge supervisor from Hotel Mousai is extremely rude. Because of him we doesn’t go to the Japanese restaurant there. It’s kind disappointing. Staff in Garza Blanca are very friendly. The drivers are super nice. I love the drinks here a lot! "

"The panoramic suite is AMAAAAZING!! Bonnie at the concierge is extremely lovely and helpful. The property is beautiful! Being so close to Los Arcos is incredible with November to January being the best months. Two warnings: 1. The beach is small is very very rocky. Bring water shoes with a hard bottom. 2. The hotel says tipping is included but every bill they expect further tipping AND when you check your final bill they don’t match. Be careful!"

"This reservation was made through Expedia for my boyfriend’s birthday week. Our stay would be 6 days five nights. He enjoys lounging by the pool, jacuzzi, and beach as well as the convenience of having all inclusive. After reviewing many resorts i thought the best option for us would be Hotel Mousai, as the restaurants from its sister resort, Garza Blanca was said to be included in this the all inclusive. I am not one to bash a business but they need to be more transparent about their pricing....
