"The architecture and setting were wonderful. That said, the property is isolated from the main town of Puerto Vallarta and requires transportation to get off-site. The staff was attentive and friendly. The facility is showing it's age, as it is about 40-50 years old, so there are maintenance issues that need to be addressed. The shower handle in our suite fell off; there was some mold on the corners and closet doors and fixtures that did not work as they should."
