"I do not have pets so can not say if the Hotel is pet friendly. We got to the restaurant 20 min before they closed and they accommodated us. The chicken burger was not the best. However everything else in our short stay far out way any negative. I wife would not stay anywhere else. This is our second time. 4 Point Dixie road will always be our in transit home."

"Don’t count on using the airport shuttle. It runs every 40 minutes and was full when we needed to go so we had to pay for a taxi. Kind of defeated the whole point of choosing that hotel. Lesson for next time… "

"I had injured my foot in Rome, and arrived at the Sheraton in a wheelchair. Staff at the hotel were so helpful. I am grateful. I had not booked an accessible room, of course, since I hadn’t planned to injure myself on vacation. I was immediately offered a huge accessible room that comfortable, clean, and well appreciated. Family met us for a late supper. Staff in the restaurant went all out to accommodate the six of us, tending to children’s food choices with grace, and making us all feel welcome. Thank you! "

"Room wasn't very clean .couch and chair were stained and dirty shower had pubic hair and hair on on the floor .if it was washed it wouldn't be there ! "
