"This hotel was excellent. It was clean, walking distance to several restaurants and the grocery store is across the street. Dunkin is right in front of the hotel, and waffle house is right next door. Excellent location. The bed was very comfortable and I really enjoyed my stay here. This will be my go to hotel from now on when I visit Memphis."

"This property is clearly newly renovated, and they have made thoughtful choices. The QR code checkin is daunting at first, but a very kind woman at the front was helpful. They also had an evening activity with hot cocoa and games for kids, as well as a nice continental breakfast the next morning. Biscuits and sausage gravy was a nice hot option. The rooms are redone well with higher end finishes and decor choices. The Molton Brown toiletries at a hotel at this price point were a very nice...

"It’s a new hotel, still very clean. Lovely design. Both desk attendants during my stay were kinda spacey but pleasant. Breakfast was fine but just the usual hotel grab and go stuff. Would book again if in the area. "

"Check in was really fast, and my room was nice, warm and clean. I even loved how they had Dove products in the bathroom. It was quiet, and ha a lot of food places and shopping not too far from the hotel. Will stay here again in the future when I visit. "

"I’d love to give this hotel a 10, but I can’t! It’s facilities are clean, the room is comfortable and the breakfast is phenomenal…. but what was disappointing was we stayed three nights and not once did our room get refreshed. I ended up asking for clean towels after two days and although the desk clerk said our room should have been cleaned she offered nothing but give me some clean towels."
