"Location was great for us going to the Aquarium and the Gulf Harbor Christmas lights. Hot Chocolate bar was a nice touch. Breakfast was very good. It was very clean and service friendly Only things needing attention updated inspection of elevator and some sort of security so homeless person cannot be sleeping in the hallway. Even with that I would stay here again"

"I was excited about the amenities of the Palace, only to find out that most of them were closed while I was staying there. The front desk at check-in Keri had VERY poor customer service! This was my very first time here and I had no idea what to do, and thank God for McKenzie, she was very helpful and actually was great with the customer service and her personality was great for the position!
