-This house is predominantly for extended family use.
Guests are welcome to utilise tea, coffee, and food basics, always in house.
-Fresh herbs s in garden for use.
- ALL linen supplied
-Multiple spare doonas and cosy throws available for all guests.
-This is a NON SMOKING residence.
-NO PETS are allowed at the Property
-Parties and Functions are STRICTLY PROHIBITED.

-Off street parking for 2 cars as well as on street parking.

-Someone is always able to talk if needed.

CURRENT WORK
-.External Laundry is currently unavailable due to renovation. This is separate from the house.
The house is fully functioning.
