"The location is excellent by being close to trains, buses, and department stores. The room was tiny but clean. There was no safe to keep your valuables, or a microwave in the room. It was a bit odd to heat up your food in another floor and take it to your room using an elevator. The room cannot be used between 10am and 3pm if you want it to be cleaned, which was a major inconvenience forme."

"The hotel room was spacious. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a variety of options. The staff were excellent. I want to thank the staff for helping me find my lost luggage. While I was checking out, a tour group accidentally took my luggage. The hotel staff tracked it down and had it shipped to my next hotel.
