"We had excellent stay at Nyoze house. The house was very nice and clean , has all good facilities like internet, TV (Netflix and prime), good kitchen and bathrooms. The house is good to have a relaxed day with your family. The groceries are nearby (walkabble 500 mts) and Nubia (the host) is an excellent host. She is very prompt in the resposnse, quickly solves any issue and offers lots of help (e.g her bike to go to nearest grocery shop). If someone is looking for Tokyo sight seeing, one need...

"Our family of 7 enjoyed this home; it had plenty of room for all of us and having two separate toilets was appreciated! It was very close to Okubo station, which made it easy to travel around Tokyo. There were also many restaurants nearby and of course the 7-11 was our daily stop for drinks and snacks! "

"Avoid this property at all costs! It was a nightmare, owner couldn’t be contacted for hours (tried to call him and no one picked up the phone) and only after we got a hold of him, he informed us that the place was double booked. We were travelling with 2 young kids and waited nearly 2 hours in front of this property. It was 9 pm and we had to scramble to find a place to stay. "A very nice and comfortable place for a family of four. It is near the main station and lots of restaurants and marketplaces. The house is super clean, and the host is very responsive when I have a question or need help getting around. The neighborhood is very safe and quiet. We loved our stay!"
