"Excellent reception staff, very helpful. The rooms were very spacious and modern, liked the layout of reception hall, bar and restaurant. 24 hour gym, always useful. The breakfast was good, hot and cold servings. Good value. Definitely stay here again. Keep up the good work."

Colazione varia ed abbondante. Personale cortese ed educatissimo. Le piccole imperfezioni sono state prontamente risolte...ci tornerei."

"This was a surprise stay! Certainly a little older lodging, but very charming and located superbly— 5 minute walk from the train station and a 10-15 minute walk to the historic downtown of Bologna. I was greeted by the friendliest hotel staffer I’ve ever met. Franco was a delight! He was helpful, hospitable, lovely disposition, and very generous with his time and attention. The hotel has all the reasons one would want to return, but Franco certainly seals the deal! "
